Elmo climbs into 4th after a number of consistent rounds, followed by yours truly in Uglybustard, goin ok since I dumped Carlton, and Aceup74 sits in 6th. But its extremely close with zenben, gonadbreath, BecCG, Andy, quokka, DrBB and Sam Griggs all level on points and still only 4 off the lead. You could throw a blanket over these first 13 tipsters and turn the lights off. But lets not go there. Celebrity tipster Robert Lee holds up the bottom of the ladder but is facing some competition from The Lace in this department.
In the Margin Comp we have a tie for the leadership between David Feck'Em and Longee, who cannot be separated. The tilt himself, Rod Carter, has been climbing steadily through the ranks and is now only 10 pts behind them. Another 5 pts further back is early leader zenben, while Pete Connor has lost a wheel nut in the back straight and dropped a good lead to be 5th, with gonadbreath 1pt in arrears breathing down his neck with his trademark hot sticky breath. How's it feel Pete?
The Trivia Comp sees Elle limbering up for a night out with Uglybustard. Although I only got a 7/10 from the last round, which opens up the door for Rotten Ronnie who just needs 11/10 to draw level.
No jackpot this week although a number of tipsters went close, but were thwarted by either Port Adelaide or Adelaide.
